Tonights dinner. One of my best friends makes the best tostadas, and fries her own shells. C loves mexican food and tostadas are one of his favorites, so I figured I would give it a try. They turned out really well!

That looks so yummy! When I am not lazy, I fry my own taco shells for taco night. And I usually fry a tostada. Mmm. Now I wish I got the shells to make my own!
